A Journey Built Around Real Estate
New to real estate brokerage, I have nevertheless been immersed in the world of real estate for much longer. From a young age, I was exposed to new home construction through the family business. This environment allowed me to gain a concrete understanding of what gives a property its value: construction quality, location, materials, maintenance, presentation and the true potential of a home.
Before becoming a broker, I also developed solid sales experience. I was notably among the top salespeople in Quebec at Vidéotron, and later worked in the automotive industry. These experiences taught me the importance of listening, clearly identifying needs and delivering a level of service that meets expectations. They also confirmed something important for me: I do not believe in high-pressure sales. I believe instead in guidance, transparency and honest advice that allow clients to make informed decisions.
That is what naturally led me to real estate. By joining the family business in new home sales, I was able to combine my interest in properties, my sales experience and my desire to offer a more human service. Today, as a real estate broker, I bring this experience to clients who wish to buy or sell, mainly single-family homes, but also condominiums, in Montérégie and Estrie.
My promise is clear: to guide you with professionalism, defend your financial interests and support you with the same level of care I would want to receive myself. My role does not end with the transaction: I remain available afterward to answer your questions and provide complete support.
